Edge of Dock (EOD) Levelers

Blue Giant Mechanically-Operated Edge-of-Dock Leveler Mount to the dock face and provide a working range of 5" above to 5" below dock. Deck and lip are constructed with hight-strength steel safety tread plate (minimum yield of 55,000 psi on 20000 lb. capacity units and 70,000 psi on 25.000 lb. capacity units).Long-life hinges include grease fittings throughout.  Pulling the retractable handle back raises the spring-assisted deck to a vertical position. Pushing the handle forward lowers deck, and lip automatically extends.

Innovative design dramatically reduces installation time and virtually eliminates installation errors. New flanged mount plate simply rests on top of the dock edge automatically positioning the unit at the proper height in relation to the dock surface. One person can easily move leveler into position. Handles standard trucks from 5" lower to 5" higher than dock height. 4" x 10" x 12" molded rubber bumpers are mounted on steel beams and extend 16-1/2" from dock face.
